PT BISI International Tbk (“Company”) was established in Indonesia under the business name of PT Bright Indonesia Seed Industry, based on Notarial Deed No. 35 dated June 22, 1983, which was amended by Notarial Deed No. 20 dated August 23, 1984, both drawn up before Drs Gde Ngurah Rai, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. C2-5415.HT.01.01.TH.84 dated September 27, 1984, registered under Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara No. 13/Leg/1985 dated January 15, 1985, and was published in Supplement No. 4731 of State Gazette No. 94 dated November 23, 1990.

The Articles of Association have been amended, most recently by Notarial Deed No. 27 dated May 28, 2019 of Marcivia Rahmani, S.H., M.Kn. The Deed has been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in its Decision Letter No. AHU-0032441.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2019 dated June 24, 2019.
